Saori Santa Cruz goes the Santa Cruz Makersfaire!!!

 Weeks of preparation and we did it ! photo of Saori Santa Cruz and the MINI MAKERS FAIR
The fair was was well organized and a load of fun!


ALL READY  FOR THE FAIRE WITH MY SAORI SKIRT AND VEST AND MY RENAISSANCE LINEN STAY I SEWED .

BUSY DAY!!!

one of my favorite photos, two girls and their freind share a Saori piccolo loom HERE one pushes down with one foot on a treadle, the second girl pushed down the treadle on her side, and their freind threw the shuttle across!

  2. This is so Very Interesting! I noticed the timers sitting on the floor. How long does a visitor get to weave?

    1. so hundreds wanted to weave at the makers fair !Saori Santa Cruz was very popular. we needed to make appointments so that the lines did not get so long . weavers would return at there time to try out sori weaving. we set timers to remind us and the weavers that it was time for the next weaver's turn because they were having to much to want to stop!
