Kori and Toby are married! If you are just seeing this the story for the first time you can  take a look back  at  the conception  and progress of Kori's dress.  CENTERING WITH FIBER  Kori's wedding dress journey from warping ,weaving to sewing  start reading past blogs here

Kori took her dress  home and a week before her wedding september 27th she decided to change  her dress. Being a artist she took ideas and methods we used in our classes and changed her dress into a two piece dress.

Kori you were a beautiful bride.
I wish you and Toby a life time of happiness and joy.
Now You have an amazing hand woven and designed dress . A fantastic heriloom  and  a wearable dress not stored away never to be worn again like most wedding dresses.
I especially love Your hand spun and naturally dyed yarns as wefts that you used, they were so amazing.

 Peaceful weaving

  1. How lovely the dress is and how beautiful the bride! I'm still in awe that she spun, wove, and made her own dress!

Please extend my best wishes to a long and prosperous marriage to your friends.
