A Brand new Saori weaver learns winding a warp, beaming, threading and weaving to beautiful garments , Videos.

 Meet Mahika, she wanted to learn to weave and happend to read about the saori philosphy  and looms and scheduled classes at the studio  in July and and August while she she was back home for the summer from  her university across the country.

She was so very delightful as a student. very creative and artistic ……..

How to wind a warp and beam on and thread all COMFORTABLY away from the loom with the Kenzo table top system

Joanne and Nadine came for a warping and kenzo table top system all day class

they each took home two warps they will thread on their saori ch60 looms at home.

 if you have saori coned thread the cones fit on the saori warping frame, but most of my cones are different sizes or tubes. so i love the Ashford 6 cone thread holder ASHFORD THREADING HOLDER CLICK HERE WHY IS THIS SIMPLE PIECE OF WARPIN G EQUIPMENT SO GREAT? BECAUSE steel eye hooks, pig tails etc your yarns get caught. you can use flower pots bowls But many times cones come out of them and topple winding around chair legs or rolling all over tje floor slowing your warping. these have plastic collar  sleeves no seams  in eye hooks , a effortless yarn delivery system!
