Hand woven Saori sewing retreat at Saori Santa Cruz

Meet margo!  She is a talented artist in jewelry and bead making which she also teaches.
She is a new weaver , and just started weaving January of 2018 when she purchased her Saori loom. Her goal was to weave yardage and sew it into garments . She has been amassing yardage for months and she scheduled classes and  came across the country for 5 day intensive for creating her own clothing . Highlights of her  5 day saori sewing classes here at the studio ….

Margo brought around 47 yards of her  hand woven SAORI FABRIC
here it is unfurled on the studio steps

AMAZING especially  for a new weaver!
